yoga

I will never do yoga again. It hurts too much. It didn't help my back at all. It just made my chest hurt more. The pain is just above the ribs I am unsure of where the pain came from. My back hurts more on the lower part of the left side. The pain is in my chest whenever i sit down. The pain in my back hurts when i do physical activity.
